This was taken during an inmate practice session at the Cebu Provincial Detention & Rehabilitation Center not too long ago. The video has been posted in countless of local sites. It's more of a movement than a viral post now. Just shows that Filipinos do make the most out of everything -- even in the oddest of odd situations. Check it out.
