Gosh, I never thought about the valet thing but you are absolutely right. Here in the Western US, we can drive and find parking - easy. Even in the crowded metropolitan areas - SF, LA, Denver, Seattle. But Hong Kong? NYC? no space.

I don't know about Hong Kong but NYC has parking lots/garages in many, many places... expensive but they're there and not everywhere you can just drive up and expect a valet!
